    UK GMC-registered physician specialising in functional, metabolic and longevity medicine.

    Area of Expertise: Functional medicine, metabolic health, longevity medicine, systems biology and root-cause clinical practice. Focused on prevention, early intervention and extending healthspan through evidence-led care.

    Role in INORA: Medical Advisor. Provides strategic medical oversight to support INORA’s scientific positioning and educational direction. Advises on the clinical rationale behind formulations to ensure alignment with evidence-based longevity and functional medicine.

  • Dr. Kathy Redfern

    RNutr. PhD Nutrition. Registered Nutritionist.

    Area of Expertise: Public health nutrition with a special interest in women's health, with a focus on nutrient interactions, bioavailability, and evidence-based formulation.

    Role in INORA: Head of Nutrition. Leads nutritional strategy across all formulations, defines nutrient pairing and dosing logic, and ensures all products are grounded in robust nutritional science.

  • Dr. Niharika Duggal

    PhD Immunology

    Area of Expertise: Immunology and Ageing, with a focus on immunosenescence, gut microbiome dysbiosis, and inflammatory biomarkers linked to long-term health and resilience.

    Role in INORA: Head of Longevity. Leads longevity-focused scientific strategy, informs formulation rationale, and guides exploration of emerging research in immune health, ageing biology, and systems resilience.
